This gilet replaces my old blue race version. It has proved its worth on a chilly 3 degree morning and the two way zip makes accessing rear pockets a breeze.

Extremely happy with this purchase, admittedly this is my first Gilet but it ticks all the boxes I need. The two way zipper is great, no issues at all with the quality of it and easy to use one-handed on the bike. The opening to reach into your jersey pockets is extremely useful, this was the main draw card for me over the All Day Gilet and im glad i chose the Race Gilet for it, no issues getting food or phone out while on the bike. I've not worn it in really cold temps or rain yet so cant really comment about its performance in those conditions, I wore it for temps around 12 degC and it was quite warm and took it off after 15 mins. Packs down small and the colour is awesome. Fit is slightly larger than the jersey size, i wear an XL jersey and they're quite snug but i had a little bit more room in the Gilet so if you want a really tight fit size down, in saying that its definitely not flapping around or loose.
