We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (2 business days) of receiving your order.

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post. All international orders are sent via DHL Express. In most cases, your order should arrive between 5 and 7 days after placing your order when shipped to an Australian address.

Delivery to locations outside Australia may take up to 4-21 days or more to be delivered. The time frames above are estimates only, and Attaquer Pty Ltd makes no guarantees nor accepts any liability for deliveries that occur outside these estimates.

International Shipping

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase. If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item. If they are already included in the product price, there will be a note at checkout clarifying this. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery, and they will be the customer’s responsibility. It will be noted at checkout for full transparency before you order.

Should you or the individual or organisation marked on the shipping address refuse to accept delivery of your order, we will refund you less the cost of shipping fees charged to us for both the outbound and inbound shipping.
