We are looking for an experienced Customer and Operations Specialist to assist with the daily operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You’ll manage and complete a range of administration and support duties in different departments, including warehouse/logistics, product/inventory management, office administration, ecommerce support, and customer service.
ABOUT YOU
The Customer and Operations Specialist will have excellent communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in creation and implementation of departmental procedures, while actively seeking out new ways to do the job more efficiently.
The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, allowing the other operations within the business to function to the highest possible standard.
This is a multi-faceted role that gets exposure to all core areas of the business. We are looking for someone that is comfortable wearing multiple hats, working across a range of disciplines and has an appetite to develop their career within the business as it grows.
