Customer and Operations Specialist

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Redfern, NSW
Reporting to: Head of Operations

We are looking for an experienced Customer and Operations Specialist to assist with the daily operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You’ll manage and complete a range of administration and support duties in different departments,
including warehouse/logistics, product/inventory management, office administration, ecommerce support, and customer service.

ABOUT YOU
The Customer and Operations Specialist will have excellent communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in creation and implementation of departmental procedures, while actively seeking out new ways to do the job more efficiently.

The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, allowing the other operations within the business to function to the highest possible standard.

This is a multi-faceted role that gets exposure to all core areas of the business. We are looking for someone that is comfortable wearing multiple hats, working across a range of disciplines and has an appetite to develop their career within the business as it grows.

Ecommerce Specialist

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Redfern, NSW

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Ecommerce Specialist to join
our growing team. Reporting to the Directors and working closely with
Marketing and Creative teams, you’ll be a key contributor to the business
as the ‘Go-To’ for all things website related. Responsible for developing
ecommerce strategies that drive online sales revenue, strong data analysis,
reporting and critical thinking are key skills for success. This role is for
a big thinker, with strong analytical skills that prides themselves on their
attention to detail.

ABOUT YOU
– A minimum of 3-years experience in an eCommerce role
– Demonstrated experience in online trading, retail, fashion,
sport or apparel product is an advantage
– Experience in developing and implementing an ECommerce
strategy to deliver on business objectives and measuring
success every step of the way
– Strong experience with planning, coordinating and executing
a wide range of eCommerce projects as well as managing
digital agency relationships
– A passion for cycling and cycling culture is essential

Junior Graphic Designer

Employment Type: Full Time

Attaquer Cycling is looking for a passionate and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. As part of our mission to push boundaries in cycling apparel, you’ll assist in crafting bold, innovative designs that reflect our brand’s attitude and vision. You will collaborate with our design and marketing teams to produce high-quality visuals across various platforms, contributing to the ongoing success of our unique cycling collections.

 

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating eye-catching graphics, layouts, and designs for digital, print, and social media.
- Work with the team to conceptualise and execute design projects for cycling apparel and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure designs align with our brand guideline and creative direction.
- Edit and refine designs based on feedback from senior designers and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest design and cycling industry trends to help inspire and innovate.

 

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc).
- Basic knowledge of typography, layout, and colour theory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills, particularly in sportswear or fashion design.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the field.
- The position will be in-house at our Redfern, NSW design studio.

 

Nice to have:
- Experience with motion graphics or web design.
- Passion for cycling and knowledge of cycling culture.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
