Introducing Tara Neyland
We're excited to welcome Australian para-cyclist Tara Neyland to the Attaquer team.
Competing across both track and road disciplines, Tara is one of the rising talents in Australian para cycling. Beyond racing, she is passionate about increasing awareness, understanding, and engagement around para sport, helping make cycling more accessible and inclusive for everyone.
Tara's commitment to representation, education, and celebrating difference aligns closely with Attaquer's belief that cycling should be a space where individuality thrives. Through this partnership, we're proud to support Tara's racing journey while helping bring para cycling into broader cycling conversations.
Coming up for Tara, she will be racing Commonwealth Games Glasgow, Road World Championships in Alabama, USA and Track World Championships in the Netherlands.
While Tara is making her mark on the track and road, she's equally passionate about growing awareness and understanding of para sport within the cycling community. Through sharing her experiences as an athlete, she hopes to make para cycling more approachable for everyday riders and sports fans, helping break down some of the complexity that can make the sport feel difficult to follow from the outside.
That focus on education, representation, and creating space for more people to see themselves in cycling is a big part of why we're excited to partner with Tara. Her commitment to celebrating difference and challenging perceptions aligns closely with Attaquer's belief that cycling should be inclusive, expressive, and open to everyone. Together, we hope to help bring para cycling into more mainstream cycling conversations and inspire more people to discover what's possible through sport.
The partnership also highlights a shared focus on innovation and performance. Just as Attaquer develops technical apparel designed for comfort, durability, and performance, para cycling often relies on innovation, adaptation, and athlete-specific solutions to help riders perform at their best.
Beyond racing, Attaquer’s commitment to sustainability, progressive thinking, and inclusivity reflects the type of cycling community Tara hopes to see continue growing - one that welcomes different experiences, perspectives, and pathways into the sport. Importantly, the collaboration helps bring para cycling into more mainstream cycling conversations. Representation within cycling brands and media matters, particularly for younger athletes or people living with disabilities who may not yet see themselves reflected within the sport.
By sharing her story and experiences through this partnership, Tara hopes to continue building awareness, sparking conversations, and helping more people connect with para sport in meaningful ways.
