About Attaquer
Attaquer is a global innovation leader in cycling apparel, based in Sydney, Australia. Founded in 2012 as an industry disruptor, we produce world-class, fashion-forward cycling apparel, distributed globally through multiple direct-to-consumer websites, a worldwide dealer and distribution network, and a custom apparel program. We draw inspiration from street, skate and fashion culture rather than the traditional cycling look, and our visual identity is central to what sets us apart, reflected in a collaboration history spanning international brands and artists including Deus, Braindead, Kappa, Briko, Merrell, and the estates of Keith Haring and Jean-Michel Basquiat.
Our vision: Attaquer is a mindset, the uniform of choice, inspiring people to escape the mundane and roll as a team. Our mission: create the most innovative, imaginative and contemporary performance products in a more sustainable way, enabling riders to express their authenticity and individuality on and off the bike.
We're looking for a passionate Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join the team. As part of our push to keep evolving cycling apparel, you'll take the lead in crafting bold, considered design that reflects our attitude and point of view.
Working across design, product and marketing, you'll own projects from concept through to execution, delivering high-quality visuals across digital, print and product. From campaign work to seasonal graphics and custom kits, you'll play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up.
This is a role for someone with strong creative instincts, a sharp eye for detail, and the confidence to bring ideas forward and push them further.
Reports to: Design Director.
What you'll do
- Create bold, considered design across digital, print, product and social
- Own and execute campaign concepts from idea through to rollout
- Collaborate with the product team on seasonal graphics, custom kits and applied ranges
- Maintain and evolve the brand across all touchpoints
- Present and articulate design thinking to the wider team
- Push ideas forward, respond to feedback and refine with intent
- Stay across design, fashion and cycling culture, and bring that energy back into the work
What you'll bring
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
- A solid foundation in typography, layout and colour
- Proven ability to manage projects and hit deadlines
- A portfolio that shows taste, ideally across sport, fashion or culture
- A point of view, not just execution
Nice to have
- Experience with motion graphics or web design
- Experience working in Figma
- An understanding of user experience (UX) principles
- A passion for cycling and knowledge of cycling culture
Success in this role looks like
- Campaign concepts that land as a complete, considered rollout across digital, print and social, not a set of disconnected assets
- Seasonal graphics, custom kits and applied ranges delivered on-brand and on-time alongside the product team
- A brand that stays consistent across every touchpoint while still moving forward
- Design thinking presented clearly enough that the wider team can get behind it
- Ideas that get pushed further rather than settled, with feedback absorbed and answered in the work
