I understand and accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. I warrant that my participation in any cycling events or cycling groups organised, led, or sponsored by Attaquer Pty Ltd (Attaquer), or its related entities, employees, contractors, agents, or volunteers (the "Event"), is subject to these terms.

I warrant that I understand the nature and dangers of cycling and that I am a competent cyclist in good health and physical condition appropriate for participation in the Event.

I acknowledge that the Event is a recreational activity that involves significant physical exertion and inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, equipment failure, road hazards, or death. I voluntarily accept and assume all such risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, on behalf of myself, my executors, administrators, and representatives, unconditionally release and indemnify Attaquer, its employees, contractors, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from or connected with my participation in the Event, including any claim of negligence, except where the law prohibits such exclusion.

I expressly consent to receive marketing communications from Attaquer via email, SMS, phone calls, or other electronic means. I may opt out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in our emails or by contacting Attaquer directly.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales (NSW). I have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms and conditions.
