Discount Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all Attaquer discount codes, including promotional codes and codes issued through email, SMS, and social media, unless the terms of a specific offer state otherwise.
General terms
- Discount codes must be entered at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.
- Unless otherwise stated, each discount code is valid for a single use and is limited to one use per customer.
- Only one discount code may be used per order. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount code.
- Discount codes cannot be applied to products that are already discounted, including sale and outlet items.
- Some discount codes may exclude certain products, brands, or collections.
- Some discount codes are subject to a minimum order value.
- Discount codes apply to eligible product value only and do not apply to shipping, taxes, or duties.
- Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
- Discount codes are non-transferable and may not be sold, shared, or reproduced.
- Some discount codes have an expiry date. Expired codes will not be honoured.
- Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
- Attaquer reserves the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw any offer or discount code at any time, and to cancel any order where a discount has been applied in error or in breach of these terms.
Returns and cancelled orders
Where an item purchased using a discount code is returned, any refund or credit will be for the amount actually paid for that item, not its pre-discount price. A single-use discount code applied to a returned or cancelled order is treated as used and cannot be reissued or reused.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
