I understand and accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. I warrant that my participation in any cycling events or cycling groups organised, led, or sponsored by Attaquer Pty Ltd (Attaquer), or its related entities, employees, contractors, agents, or volunteers (the "Event"), is subject to these terms.

I warrant that I understand the nature and dangers of cycling and that I am a competent cyclist in good health and physical condition appropriate for participation in the Event.

I acknowledge that the Event is a recreational activity that involves significant physical exertion and inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, equipment failure, road hazards, or death. I voluntarily accept and assume all such risks.

To the extent permitted by law, including under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and relevant state Civil Liability Acts, I acknowledge and agree that any implied warranties or conditions relating to the provision of the Event are excluded. I further acknowledge that this Event is a "recreational activity" as defined in relevant legislation, and I agree that this waiver constitutes a risk warning under applicable law.

I confirm that my cycling equipment is in good repair and suitable for safe use. I agree to wear an approved cycling helmet and comply with all relevant road rules and Event instructions.

I will not consume alcohol or any mind-altering substances before or during the Event and agree to act reasonably and safely at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, on behalf of myself, my executors, administrators, and representatives, unconditionally release and indemnify Attaquer, its employees, contractors, agents, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from or connected with my participation in the Event, including any claim of negligence, except where the law prohibits such exclusion.

I acknowledge that I have been advised to obtain personal accident and health insurance and understand that other participants may or may not be insured.

I expressly consent to receive marketing communications from Attaquer via email, SMS, phone calls, or other electronic means. These communications may include newsletters, promotions, special offers, product updates, and other information we believe may be of interest to me. I may opt out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in our emails or by contacting Attaquer directly.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales (NSW), and I agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW. If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.

I have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms and conditions. I repeat these warranties and representations each time I participate in the Event.
