'Intra,' meaning 'within.'

We find ourselves in a sport fuelled by seemingly endless data. The hard, unforgiving facts. Where teeny tiny numbers on a screen try their hardest to make or break your day. But in our first official year as Femme Fidem CC, we’ve come to understand the power of an alternate currency—instinct. Instinct is just as meaningful, powerful, and crucial to us. No, it can’t be quantified with a power test and it won’t tell us how fast we’ll cycle up that hill. But it underpins everything we believe in as a club.

We’re a club built on genuine human connections, we go with our gut. Having organically found like-minded women across London who also want to be unapologetically themselves… with us.

We may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but that’s why coffee exists, right? Our goal isn’t to be ‘one size fits all,’ but to foster a community that strengthens through authenticity, pride, and a genuine connection to who we are as Femme Fidem. We want to show that, as women in cycling, we don’t need to fit a universal mold. This is us. This is how we’re doing this cycling thing.

We’re beyond proud of the community we’re creating, and together, we’re only getting stronger by simply being us and trusting the instinct that has got us this far.
