Attaquer Time Attack Challenge

The Attaquer Time Attack Challenge (the "Challenge") and Competitions (the “Competitions”) are open to entrants aged 18+ only. The Challenge opens at 0001h on 02.06.2023 and closes at 2359h on 11.06.2023 in the local area of the athlete, according to their Strava profile. Entrants who complete the challenge (the "Finishers") will each receive a discount voucher of $‌75.00AUD (converted into redeemer’s local currency upon usage based on rates provided by Shopify when used outside of Australia) for use exclusively at www.attaquercycling.com . By participating in the Challenge, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the full terms and conditions.

The Challenge

The Attaquer Time Attack Challenge is for Strava members who record 100 minutes of eligible activity within the challenge period. All finishers of the Challenge are given the opportunity to redeem a $‌75.00 AUD discount voucher at www.attaquercycling.com by entering in their email address, and optionally their mobile phone number, and opting in to accept Attaquer’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions including to receive marketing communications from Attaquer.

The Competitions

The competition to win $3000 AUD worth of Attaquer kit. All challenge completers who record and upload 100 minutes of any activity within the time period will be entered into a draw to win $3000 AUD worth of Attaquer kit (delivered in the form of a non-transferable gift voucher for use at www.attaquercycling.com only). The winner is chosen at random from the entire database of completers who complete the challenge.

The competition to win a Factor Ostro Frameset. All challenge completers who record and upload a single activity with a duration of over 100 minutes of any activity within the challenge time period will be entered into a draw to win a Factor Ostro VAM Frameset (in a colour and size chosen by the winner, subject to availability). The winner is chosen at random from the database of eligible entrants, who record and upload a single activity with a duration of over 100 minutes within the challenge time period.

Terms & Conditions

By entering the Challenge, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and all entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.

How to Enter:

Eligibility: The Challenge and Competition is open to Strava users aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, its agents and anyone professionally connected with this Challenge and Competition.

Entry: Entry to the Challenge is available upon use of Strava. The Challenge starts and ends based on each user’s local time zone. Manual entries, or rides marked ‘Private’ will not count towards your challenge effort. All activities logged during the Challenge period must be uploaded to Strava no later than three days after the challenge ends. In order to claim the $75 AUD discount voucher, challenge finishers must enter their email address into the reward form to receive Attaquer's email Newsletter and accept Attaquer’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any point thereafter and still receive/use their discount voucher. By challenge finishers entering their email address and redeeming their reward, they will automatically be entered in the Prize draw(s).

All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Challenge & Competition. Entrants who do not give correct details will be excluded, at the Promoter’s discretion.

No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter for entries or claims which for technical or other reasons are not entered correctly or are lost. Incomplete entries will not qualify for the Challenge & Competition.

Reward and Prize Information

Reward: Each finisher will receive a $75 AUD discount voucher code. The discount voucher requires a minimum spend of $250 AUD (converted into redeemer’s local currency upon usage based on rates provided by Shopify when used outside of Australia). If any items purchased with the voucher are returned only the discounted price will be refunded or credited. The unique discount code can only be used once per person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Third party collaborations items are excluded from discounts. Only one discount voucher can be redeemed per single transaction. The offer excludes the purchase of gift cards. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to withdraw, alter or decline this offer without prior notice. The reward Discount Voucher expires 60 days from the date of issue.

The total reward amount is directly related to the value of AUD and is converted on live rates. Fluctuation and differences between different currencies is to be expected and as such we cannot be held liable for discount codes under-indexing amount advertised in other currencies. These amounts are provided as a guide only.

Prize: The competition to win $3000 AUD of Attaquer kit or a Factor Ostro VAM frameset will be selected on the 20.06.2023 from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depends on the number of entries received. In order to enter for the $3000AUD kit prize, complete the challenge and upload activities to Strava. In order to enter for the Factor Ostra VAM frameset, upload a single activity with a duration of over 100 minutes within the challenge period (02.06.2023 to 11.06.2023).

Finishers Notification: Finishers will be notified by Strava upon completion of the Challenge period and directed to claim the reward(s) via email.

Rewards and Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be resold, or exchanged for cash.

The Promoter reserves the right to publish the name, photograph, likeness and county of the Winner or to publicise the Competition or the prize-giving presentation, in any and all media that the Promoter desires, after the date of the Competition close date and within a year of this date.

Entrants agree to take part in such reasonable Competition-related publicity as the Promoter may require and accepts that the Promoter may publicise images/statements in connection with/resulting from this Competition.

The winner’s information may be shared in line with Attaquer's third party agencies in line with Attaquer's Data Policy and Terms and Conditions found at the bottom of this webpage.

An entrant’s personal details may be used for the marketing purposes of the Promoter only if an entrant has opted in to receiving future marketing mailings from the Promoter or for any other purpose agreed by an entrant. If an entrant would like to stop receiving messages from the Promoter, he/she can use the unsubscribe button provided in an email from the Promoter.

Other than its agencies and third party suppliers who are contracted to administer the Competition, the Promoter will not pass entrant’s details on to any third party unless otherwise required to do so by law.

In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Competition or the awarding of Prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

The Promoter and its agents reserve the right at its sole discretion not to consider, and to exclude or disqualify any entry that they deem to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Competition, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of or inappropriate with these terms and conditions.
