The All Day Insulated Gilet keeps the cold off your core without weighing you down. Australian-developed XEFCO XREFLEX® radiant barrier technology reflects your own body heat back towards you for the same warmth at up to 50% less weight, for a thinner, lighter and more sustainable piece.

Cut with our All Day 'lung' panelling and elasticated openings to stop cold air sneaking in, the gilet places wind-resistant, insulating panels at the windward front, while breathable 4-way stretch Italian fleece side panels keep air moving and manage moisture. A proprietary 3D scrim layer traps heat against the body.

A C0 PFC-free 80/20 DWR treatment sheds light rain, and a 2-way YKK Vislon zipper lets you dump heat fast. An integrated silicon-print waistband helps seal in warmth, and the dual-compartment rear zip pocket carries your valuables and accessories, then doubles as the pocket the gilet packs into. Finished with high-quality screenprint logos and reflective trims. Built for sub-8°C riding.

Highlights

XREFLEX™ Technology

Australian-developed XEFCO XREFLEX™ radiant barrier technology reflects your own body heat back towards you, this increased thermal efficiency delivers up to 50% greater warmth in cold conditions. The result is a thinner, lighter and more sustainable layer that punches well above its weight in the cold.

Targeted Insulation

Forward facing panels with strategically positioned 4-Way stretch Italian fleece panels across the side and rear sections improve moisture management and thermal regulation during efforts, while creating a more ergonomic fit.

High-Cut Collar

A redesigned high-cut collar helps retain warmth around the upper body, with a refined lower-profile construction that reduces bulk and improves comfort when conditions begin to change.

Easy Access Storage

Rear external-access stow pocket for ride essentials.

Adjustable Ventilation

A durable #5 Vislon two-way zipper with a semi-auto locking puller and oversized Attaquer zip tab allows riders to easily adjust ventilation, even while wearing gloves.

Durable Water Resistance

Xefco's PFC Free DWR treatment provides a high level of water resistance to limit windchill whilst maintaining breathability in unpredictable conditions.

Completely Packable

A rear external-access stow pocket for ride essentials, which also doubles as a self-storage pocket when temperatures rise.

Optimised Visibility

Reflective details improve visibility in low-light conditions.
