Built on next-gen warp-knit seamless machinery, its zoned architecture uses sweat-rate mapping to place insulation, mesh ventilation, and differentiated textures exactly where they’re needed. Dryarn® fibres rapidly wick moisture, regulate heat, and prevent windchill, while overlock finishing and self-cut eyewear ports ensure durability and an unobtrusive fit.
Designed for versatility, it can be worn as a neck guard, pulled over the mouth to activate its mesh ventilation network, or fully deployed under a helmet for maximum thermal shielding.

Manufactured in Italy to next-generation standards of the all-over knit seamless machines, the OrbKnit™ Balaclava utilizes several knit-techniques refined by world-class engineers. Variable mesh densities, integrated zonal ventilation, areas with topographically differentiated textures are tuned into one continuous structure. High-quality moisture-wicking yarns enhance all-day comfort, improved insulation providing further protection within extreme temperature ranges of the head. The spatial design pairs with aero profiles in close, unobtrusive interfaces for superior integration.

Drawing inspiration from the Orb-Weaver spider, the OrbKnit™ system translates the natural logic into engineered textile mapping. Engineered with Dryarn®, an ultra-light, highly-breathable fibre with superior moisture-wicking properties that rapidly transports perspiration away from the skin, it maintains thermal regulation by retaining heat while mitigating windchill and overheating, specifically optimized for rider performance in cold cycling conditions.
